2022 is fast approaching us! We have suggested 6 goals to add to your New Years resolution list to ensure 2022 is all about a brand new you! Setting goals is the best way to ensure you smash everything you want in life. 

1. Spend more time with friends


Being around friends is good for the soul! It is an absolute must to get out and socialise with your besties. Surrounding yourself with good friends who have your best intentions at heart is a great way to feel good and get extra support to reach all your goals this year!


2. Limit your phone use

We are all guilty of spending way too much time on our phones. Social media can become totally time consuming and draining! Try to reduce your time spent on social media and aim to spend more time living in the moment and focusing on yourself. Your mental health, sleep and wellness will thank you. 


3. Become a morning person

There is only so many hours in the day. If you want to be a boss girl this year and smash all your goals waking up early will help you drastically. Having extra time in the morning is extra time to work on the things you want to achieve in life. 6. Pick up a new hobby

Whether sport is your vibe or your more of a yoga kind of girl, starting a new hobby has so many benefits. It's a great way to get out and meet more people and be apart of something. A new hobby will improve your set of skills and gives you something fun and productive to take part in during your free time.
