Finally we are getting some warmer weather for our holiday season! We have decided to share five beaches in Australia that you must add to your bucket list to visit in the summer season.
1. Whitehaven Beach - Whitsunday Island
Whitehaven Beach is known for its ultra white sand and crystal clear waters. The beach is accessible by boat, seaplane and helicopter from Airlie Beach and Hamilton Island. The island is located in the centre of the Great Barrier Reef and is considered one of the best beaches in the world!
2. Turquoise Bay - Exmouth
Turquoise Bay is located in the coastal town Exmouth in Western Australia. The beach has been voted as one of the best beaches in the world. It is located on the Ningaloo Reef which is famous for its amazing snorkelling where you can see beautiful coral reefs, turtles and a huge variety of fish.
3. Wineglass Bay - Tasmania
Wineglass bay is a picturesque beach perfect for snorkelling, kayaking and hiking. The clam shaped beach is surrounded by rocky mountains and offers turquoise waters. A must visit if you are holidaying in Tasmania.
4. Hyams Beach - New South Wales
Hyams beach is a beautiful beach at Jervis Bay with aqua colour water and soft white sand. It is a hotspot for snorkelling, swimming and long beach walks. The beach is 2km wide and has a rock platform at the North end that is great for snorkelling.
5. Cable Beach - Broome
Cable Beach is popular for sunset and sunrise camel rides. The beach has sky blue water and gorgeous sand. With many activities to do on the beach many enjoy fishing, swimming and snorkelling. Cable beach offers great views and photo opportunities with the amazing sunrise and sunsets.
